Requirements

What We're Looking For

Genuine passion for helping seniors and individuals with care needs
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous caregiving experience preferred (not required for entry-level)
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible availability including some weekends
